Apos Audio COVID-19/Coronavirus Update - March 26, 2020

Update March 30, 2020: Given the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, San Francisco Bay Area has extended the Shelter-In-Place public health order until May 3rd, 2020. Apos Audio’s Oakland facility will continue to be closed in compliance with the order. .
Rest assured, with the operational changes we've made, we expect no impact to our ability to fulfill new orders on time.
We are in a truly precarious time. Much has changed since our last update , and we’d like to share the steps we’ve taken to ensure our service level remains consistent despite the extraordinary time that we are in.
Order Fulfillment
Our Shenzhen Fulfillment Center continues to run at full operational capability with more than 98% of orders being fulfilled within one business day. As mentioned in our previous updates, we are just as committed to the transit time of the order regardless of where the shipment is coming from as we’ve always been.
Rest assured, the additional protective measures we’ve placed in the warehouse and our shipments are still being followed religiously.
Out of an abundance of caution, we will also be including one-time disinfectant wipes in all shipments starting Monday, March 30. We understand that shipments go through many contact points, and the wipes are for you to use as an additional safeguard should you feel the need to do so.
Shipping
Our courier partner, DHL, has informed us of a substantial shipping price increase as a result of the on-going COVID-19 outbreak.
Despite this development, we are just as committed to our principles and promises as always. We will be absorbing this shipping increase, so we can keep offering free fast shipping service with every order despite market volatility.
Pricing increase aside, we are not seeing any systemic shipping delays or disruptions, barring a couple of exceptions.
Customer Support
Admittedly, it took our US-based team a few days to get into the swing of things working remotely from home. Consequently, we might not have been able to be as responsive as we would’ve liked earlier last week.
The team has stepped up, and now with a few adjustments in place, the responsiveness of our Customer Support Team is back to where it should be.
Additionally, we have extended our Return Policy to 60 days as mentioned in previous updates and if you have any questions about the eligibility of your order please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team for more information.
New Products
We received overwhelming community requests over the past few months for more headphones on Apos Audio. With the hard work from our Product Team, we are proud to announce that we are now an official authorized seller for Stax, Audeze , and Meze Audio . We have a few more brands in the pipeline that we are working with, please stay tuned for more updates on this front.
