Alright, fellow enthusiasts, it's time to discuss an essential topic: our returns policy for Group Buys. While it may not be as thrilling as unboxing a new set of gear, it's important information you need to know.
No returns–for good reason!
Once you get your hands on that sweet, sweet product, it's yours. No take-backsies. Unless, of course, there's a manufacturing defect. We're not monsters. If you find a defect, we'll sort it out. But if you just changed your mind or decided you actually prefer knitting to whatever you bought, well, that's on you, buddy.

Why are we so strict with this policy? Group Buys are predicated on the simple idea that people join en masse to purchase a product, which reduces the costs of the products and allows everyone to get it for cheaper. It's an all-or-nothing approach that's different from the approach we take towards regular product purchases.
When you commit to a Group Buy, you're not just buying a product, you're joining a collective effort to snag a great deal. If we allowed returns, it would throw off the balance, increase costs, and potentially derail the whole project. So, yes, there are rules, but the rewards are worth it.
But can I cancel my order before the product ships?
Yes! If you decide you want to back out, you can do so until we place the order with the factory. No harm, no foul.
Here’s the nitty gritty: for Group Buys with shipping time longer than 6 months, you can cancel your order within three months after the Group Buy ends.
For Group Buys with a shipping time shorter than 6 months, you can cancel your order until we place the order with the factory, which can be as quickly as the week following the close of the Group Buy.
We now pronounce you buyer and purchase
We love our products, and we want you to love them too. But remember, a Group Buy is a commitment. So, make sure you're in it for the long haul.
