Functionality + Form + Features
The ALICE are a gorgeous set of IEMs that boast audiophile muscle and quality-of-life features in equal measure. Bluetooth 5.2 and a super-linear dynamic driver reproduce even 24-bit hifi tracks with true-to-life accuracy, while wireless charging and ENC dual microphones de-clutter your daily tasks.
U.L.T. super-linear dynamic driver
The ALICE uses the same patented ULT super-linear dynamic driver used in Moondrop’s flagship dynamic driver earphone, the KATO. Designed and developed in-house, the driver features a more efficient internal and external magnet composite magnetic circuit, a more linear air flow structure, a larger brass internal acoustic cavity, a lighter ultra-fine imported CCAW voice coil, and a high-frequency phase waveguide.
Diamond-like carbon composite diaphragm
The ULT super-linear dynamic driver features a newly-designed high-performance DLC composite diaphragm with high rigidity, high damping coefficient, and a comprehensive acoustic performance that exceeds even that of beryllium.
QCC5151 Bluetooth 5.2 chip
With the powerful built-in SP performance of the QCC5151, the ALICE can attain richer sound quality extensions and compensate for the physical limitations of in-ear monitors by adding a variety of different filter algorithms.
Optimized acoustic structure
In contrast to traditional TWS IEMs, the ALICE uses the same integrated acoustic cavity structure found in high-fidelity wired headphones. Moondrop prioritized the driver and related acoustic structures over the component and battery stacks, avoiding the negative impact of sensors and FB components on acoustic conduction and ultimately ensuring a more optimized acoustic conduction path.
10 digital tunings
Use the MOONDROP Link app to choose 10 different tunings created for the ALICE. With the exception of the default tuning, the 10 tunings are created according to classic headphone models, like the Wennebostel, which is a tribute to German-style dynamic drivers, and the Hokkaido, a tribute to legendary Japanese electrostatic headphones.
aptX Adaptive Bluetooth
Using Qualcomm’s aptX Adaptive transmission protocol, the ALICE can easily switch between high bit rate and low latency files, supporting up to 24bit/96kHz hi-def Bluetooth transmission.
Eliminates environmental noise for clearer calls
Utilizing the built-in Qualcomm ENC of the QCC5151 and relying on dual MEMS microphones on each side to collect environmental noise the ALICE cancels environmental noise for clearer, less noisy calls.
